I hope we will meet personally all that too, who are curious and would like to know more about the wine and winegrowing countries of the world, tasks of a winewaiter and how should a wine be serviced. My work is unfortunately not a recognized branch today in Hungary. I was born in Szeged and I attended my schools here. I finished the catering industry technical college as a catering technician. After finishing the school I worked in the John Bull Pub Restaurant in Szeged as the kitchenhead cook. I work since 8 years abroad in morestarry restaurants. Since 3 years I deal exclusively with wines and their service. I worked with excellent quality, foreign and valuable wines, which I succed to learn in long years. I would like to hand over and strew it in Hungary. My goal is to perform the world most well-known Master Sommelier threestaired exam and to prepare for this exam. |
