Goal of the course:

Goal of the course is to substantiate that part of the Hungarian wineculture, where not only the Hungarian wines and information connected to this are important. To present the wines over the border and these countries too. As the sommelier in Hungary not a registered branch is, the course likes to extend the knowledge of the person act in this branch. Beside this naturally all of the winelover can find useful and expansive experiences here. We would like this branch to be separate and independent. Task of the sommeliers is not the wineproduction, but selling of wines, with which they raise the revenue, fame and award of the restaurant. Beside the knowledge of menu and wine list they have to know the human nature, to be able to recommend the best wine for the selected food individually. We would like to give the basic and essential knowledge to this.
